Select an invoice date with the calendar date-picker tool, then select a due date and your preferred payments terms from the relevant pull-down menus. PayPal uses the default contact information connected with your account, but you can change these details by clicking the "Edit Contact Information" link and editing the information in each contact field.Įnter an invoice number in the box at the top of the Invoice Information pane. Skip this step if you don't want a logo on the invoice.Ĭheck your contact information details in the contact details pane. Use the default PayPal invoice template, or create a new template if you want to store the invoice as a template for future use.Ĭlick the "Your Logo" box at the top of the screen, then upload a company logo or another suitable image from your computer.
